how long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes up to 2-7 business days (not all orders just in case some items are out of stock we like to give extra days to be SURE.) Priority shipping takes 2-3 days with USPS. (ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ALLOW 6-14 BUSINESS DAYS)
After receiving tracking email, the shipping activity will become available after 24hrs.

Can you make changes to your order after your order is placed?
Yes but you must call IMMEDIATELY!!! after the order is placed, after 24hrs NO because we strive to process/ship orders out as soon as possible.

Are refunds available?
NO REFUNDS!!! EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS ARE ACCEPTABLE PER SITUATION.

Are we responsible for Lost/Stolen Packages?
